How to Report a Vulnerability

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in our website or services, please report it to us by emailing security@planet93designs.com with the following information:

  • A detailed description of the vulnerability
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Any proof-of-concept code, if applicable
  • Potential impact of the vulnerability

What to Expect

Upon receiving your report, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 hours
  2. Provide an initial assessment of the report within 5 business days
  3. Keep you informed as we work to address the issue
  4. Notify you when the issue is resolved

Responsible Disclosure

We kindly request that you:

  • Allow us reasonable time to investigate and address the vulnerability before disclosing it publicly
  • Make a good faith effort to avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service interruption during your research
  • Do not access or modify data that does not belong to you
